Fracture is an exploration into the ecological effects of industrial pursuits and consumption. The imagined creature a result of fracking or nuclear leakage, such as what is occurring at Fukushima. The wax sculptures partly animal partly experiment also recall the effects of the Chernobyl disaster on local wildlife.
